Ministry of Consolation

This ministry is focused on bringing peace and comfort at a time when we struggle with the loss of a loved one. As illustrated above in the psalm, our goal is with the help of the Lord to "restore your strength..."

An example of some of the activities associated with this ministry are;

• Visit the family, when a death occurs, offering prayers and support
• Assist families in planning the funeral liturgy for their loved one.
• Invited to participate in "We the Living" Self-help Grief Support (Bereavement) Program
